I was standing in a strip mall parking lot staring into the open trunk of a company-issued Chevy Impala. Plastic milk crates crowded the space, each filled with piles of company brochures, product catalogs and flyers. “You guys send me all of this [stuff], but this is the one piece that works. When can you get me a new one of these?”
